For American customers, we offer a 30 day return period which begins from the date of delivery as indicated by tracking records. 

For customers outside of the United States, we offer a 90 day return period which begins from the date of shipment as indicated by tracking records. This extended period of time allows us to accommodate any unexpected transit issues.

We also offer free return shipping for most regions including the United States. To use your free return shipping privilege, you will need to use our automated return portal which can be found by clicking here.

Simply input your order number and postal code into our automated return portal. A pre-paid return shipping label will be generated for you. If you live in a region where our platform is unable to generate a pre-paid return shipping label, you will need to mail the product back yourself and request a reimbursement from our customer support team. Reimbursements are sent via PayPal.
